Chief Lending Officer (CLO) (Full-time)
The Chief Lending Officer (CLO) is responsible to lead lending functions and staff, overseeing the quality, growth, risk management, and profitability of the bank’s loan portfolio. This position offers strong potential for career growth to meet long-term succession planning objectives. The CLO will report directly to the CEO.
Key responsibilities include Portfolio Management to drive loan portfolio growth, manage risk, and maintain credit quality under the CEO's direction; directly supervise, coordinate, and develop lending department staff. Participation in ALCO and other executive management committees.
Provides financial oversight. Able to manage expense control and meet budget objectives for loan growth; create strategies to recommend and implement loan objectives, approaches, and new loan products. Growth of the loan portfolio is critical.
Qualifications for the position of CLO are proven experience managing bank lending functions and supervising staff, strong background in multi-family income property and commercial real estate lending, demonstrated track record of managing budgets, portfolio growth, expense control, and strong leadership skills with the potential for executive advancement.
Ensures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal banking regulations.

Customer Service Representative (Full-time)
- The Customer Service Representative is responsible for performing routine branch and customer services duties; accepts retail and commercial checking and savings deposits; processes loan payments; cashes checks and savings withdrawals; promotes business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services. Complies with all Bank policies and procedures as well as all applicable state and federal banking regulations.

Customer Service Manager (Full-time)
- The Customer Service Manager is responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a branch office, including operations, consumer lending, product sales, customer service, and security and safety in accordance with the Bank’s objectives. Fully knowledgeable and skilled in all aspects of a full-service branch.
- Under the guidance of the Retail Banking Manager, plans and directs retail business development to achieve branch growth goals through the internal sales development and coaching of branch staff with their expertise in the customer engagement process for expanding existing customer relationships. Participates in community affairs to increase the Bank’s community reach and build brand awareness.
- Provides superior customer service and strengthens existing customer relationships through quality customer and operational service.
- Possesses the ability to problem solve the most difficult and complex customer situations. Able to manage and perform daily duties of any retail banking position as needed and directed by Retail Banking Manager or above.

Personal Banker III (Full-time)
- The position of Personal Banker III is responsible for performing advanced duties and support related to all aspects of retail banking operational activities and new accounts opening (both consumer and business). Is able to process all types of new consumer and business accounts transactions; assisting customers in their selection of various accounts and financial services; performing branch clerical and supervisory duties.
- Promotes business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services. The position of Personal Banker III also is required to be fully knowledgeable and skilled in the areas of teller, vault, and safe deposit; expert with cross-selling techniques and recognizing opportunities for expanding existing customer relationship; Maintains excellent customer service and has the ability to problem solve customer requests.
- Performs operational supervisory duties as assigned and may perform in any capacity within the branch as appropriate and required. Has transaction override authority and limited check signing authority.
- Ensures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as, all applicable state and federal banking regulations.
