Business Development Officer (Full-time)
- The Business Development Officer is responsible for external development of new deposits and loans for a specific target market of small to medium size business, non-profits and business professionals in addition to real estate investors; managing and achieving growth goals in assigned deposit segments.
- Provides a superior level of customer relations and service; advance knowledge of deposit products and services; intermediate knowledge of loan products; identification of prospects and timely follow through with deposit and loan tracking; create a climate conducive to creating a strong team approach throughout the bank to achieve the successful implementation and operation of the program.
- Participates in community affairs, business and service organizations, including public speaking; meets with customers and prospects to discuss needs and outline appropriate Bank services to provide solutions as needed.
- Ensures compliance with Bank policies and procedures as well as applicable state and federal regulations.
- Responsible for the achievement of established individual, department, Bank goals through active participation in external sales, officer call programs and collaborates with and supports assigned branches in their geographical area.
- 4 years of banking and 4-6 years of business development experience. Bachelor’s degree required.
Personal Banker II (Full-time)
- Position of Personal Banker II is required to be fully knowledgeable in branch operations as they pertain to processing all branch transactions and opening new consumer and complex business accounts; fully adept and skilled with cross-selling techniques and recognizing opportunities for expanding existing customer relationships; maintains excellent customer service and has the ability to problem solve customer requests; refers customers to appropriate staff for new services; may perform in various capacities within the branch as directed and required; has transaction override authority but does not supervise the branch.
- Provides intermediate duties and support to all assigned areas of branch operations where service or assistance as needed; including CSR; safe deposit box; new accounts; and other areas of basic branch operations, as directed by Personal Banker III or above. Responsible for processing all new account transactions and assisting customers in their selection of various accounts and financial services; may perform official notary service duties; completes administrative tasks correctly and on time; completes required training in a timely manner.
- Ensures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as, all applicable state and federal banking regulations.

Retail Banking Manager (Full-time)
- Malaga Bank, a community bank with over $1 billion in assets and 6 locations in South Bay, is seeking a candidate with at least 3-5 years of retail banking experience as a manager.
- The position of Retail Banking Manager oversees administration of branch operations, product sales, consumer lending, and customer service. Responsible for planning, developing, and directing retail business development of new and existing deposit and loan business through internal and external sales efforts. Ensures the maximum profitability and productivity of the branch is achieved through successful execution of business plans and objectives. Oversees quality control in regards to branch audits and certifications ensuring operational integrity of the branch is maintained.

Senior Customer Service Representative (Full-time)

The Senior Customer Service Representative is fully knowledgeable in processing all branch transactions and is responsible for performing routine branch and customer services duties; accepts retail and commercial checking and savings deposits; processes loan payments; cashes checks and savings withdrawals. Ability to manage and balance teller drawer and vault cash daily.

Promotes business for the Bank by identifying and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services.

Provides excellent customer service and has the ability to problem solve basic customer requests. Recognizes when to escalate a request or customer situation to appropriate management personnel. Responsible for maintaining appropriate cash totals to meet branch needs as established by Policy and Procedures. May manage work flow of teller line and Customer Service Representatives under direction of Personal Banker III and above.
