Customer Service Representative (Full-time)

• The Customer Service Representative is responsible for performing routine branch and customer services duties; accepts retail and commercial checking and savings deposits; processes loan payments; cashes checks and savings withdrawals; promotes business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services. Complies with all Bank policies and procedures as well as all applicable state and federal banking regulations.

• South Bay residence preferred. Excellent benefits and fun work environment is included.

Loan Processor (Full-time)

• The Loan Processor is responsible for processing 1-4 family, multifamily, and commercial loan packages from receipt of the application through approval and transfer to the closing team for preparation of loan documents.

• Ensures that the items needed to complete the loan package are received and verified, within the time constraints and deadlines as required by each transaction, so that the loan can be underwritten, approved and forwarded to the closing team in a timely manner.

• Provides accurate and detailed communication with the borrower and/or broker. Ensures that a high level of quality control is always maintained and provides superior customer service. Extensive knowledge regarding all borrowing entities, i.e. LLC’s, Corporations, Partnerships and Trusts are required. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
