Personal Banker I (Full-time)

  • The position of Personal Banker I is responsible for providing support to all assigned areas of branch operations, including CSR, safe deposit box, new accounts, and other areas of basic branch operations as directed by Personal Banker III or above. Must be fully knowledgeable in branch operations as they pertain to processing all branch transactions and opening new consumer and basic business accounts; is able to provide training and support to less experienced staff members.
  • Responsible for processing all new account transactions; may perform official notary service duties; adept at cross-selling; maintains excellent customer service and has the ability to problem solve customer requests.
  • Assures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as, all applicable state and federal banking regulations.
  • South Bay residence preferred. Excellent benefits and fun work environment is included.

Personal Banker III (Full-time)

  • The position of Personal Banker III is responsible for performing intermediate duties and support related to branch operational activities and financial services; processing all new account transactions; assisting customers in their selection of various accounts and financial services; cross-selling the Bank’s products and services.
  • Opening, maintaining and closing of all account types; performing branch clerical duties; promoting business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services.
  • Required to be fully knowledgeable and skilled in the areas of Business/Consumer Loan Products, teller, vault, safe deposit, processing and discussing and accepting credit applications and is required to provide leadership, training and support to less experienced staff members.
  • Assures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as, all applicable state and federal banking regulations.
  • South Bay residence preferred.  Excellent benefits and fun work environment is included.
