- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Excellent telephone etiquette; and
- Basic computer skills and keyboard skills.
- Previous cash handling, customer service, cross-selling, and referral experience preferred.
- Candidates must possess the ability to offer the very best customer service experience to the Bank’s customers.
